Comfort Inn Birmingham

It was the best of Birmingham hotels I visited before now. I loved every detail about my lovely 2 nights stay here.

Fairly clean, quirky hotel, there was a friendly reception. The room was cleaned and available on 3 floor. I appreciated that the venue was 28 minutes drive from the airport.

Came in Birmingham to relax and have fun, this cheap hotel was great place for doing it. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. They helped us get a shuttle to the market.

I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was low budget, with brilliant location adjacent to shopping street as well as the train station.

We liked this good basic hotel, nothing too much trouble. The room was cheap, neat and reasonably priced, with three beds. The venue had a very central location and it was only a short distance to High Street.

Great choice for weekend. The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, just a pleasant stroll away from a landmark mall. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

We appreciated amazing breakfast, airy room, unrivaled location. The lobby restaurant was outstanding, fantastic service. Our room had a neat bed and an unforgettable view. Many thanks to funny staff for providing us an incredible stay. Grand lobby.

Breakfast was delicious, the bed was amazing, the staff were more than helpful. The room was very specious and romantic, the bathroom was luxury. Outstanding service and an excellent pool onsite. Handy hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. A gourmet restaurant was lovely.

Tastefully decorated room, lovely beds, good pool. Gorgeous view of river. A wide range of food at breakfast like eggs, cakes, bacon, porridge and biscuits. The convenient check-in process too. Fairly clean and absolutely amazing hotel in Birmingham Shopping district. And short walk to the town centre and theatre...

The hotel was COZY with compact rooms and I loved briliant staff. Favourable location relatively near a landmark mall. And it also had marvellous view. They made my stay comfortable. Efficient check-in and top notch service.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, top-notch service. Room had a marble bathroom that we loved.

There were creaky beds, and depressing views.

Convenient and clean room, lovely area. Liked that its rooms had climate control and coffee. The hotel was so close to a shopping street and a market. A lot variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Pho that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

the room was very neat and the staff were highly professional. the area was great. location was friendly, 12 miles to birmingham airport, perfectly reachable. rooms huge and very compact. i appreciated this, haven't been in a better hotel.

That shower was missing.
